 Starting with the Order placement and ending with the Shipping, we take extra care of each aspect of the order starting right from the PO processing, Order Monitoring, Trouble shooting, while following the CPA made by the sourcing team and the buyer. The team follows up on all details like sampling, artwork development & production, approvals and concise information to the most effective system of communication. 

 At ACE, the quality control is ensured by following a two level quality assurance system which is carried out throughout the production process starting from the pre production briefing & focuses on both in-process and final production inspections. Before the formal audit our internal auditors carry out the mock audits to make sure that the factories are ready. With the help of CAP, the factories make the necessary improvements to ensure that the audits are padded smoothly.
