We station one of our quality assurance executives at the factory for high-volume business to have continuous unbiased information all the time. Inspections are the key element of quality control, Product Inspections at various stages of the production check the product against agreed specifications to meet a range of requirements including passing international standards for the destination market and ensure the products are safe and high quality before they reach the customers. Inspecting the product before it leaves the manufacturer’s premises is an effective way of preventing quality problems and supply chain disruptions further down the line.
