Order management process begins when an order is placed and ends when the goods are shipped, and customer receives the goods. This process helps to streamline all the processes involved in the production of goods so that the delivery date is not affected, and goods reach the end customer on time. Our team of merchandisers follow up for all the details like sampling, artwork development and approval, quality inspections and concise information to the most effective system of communication.
The important steps in the order management process is to plan all the tasks in such a way that can help minimize the errors and inefficiencies thereby meeting the timelines and shipment date.
Merchandiser is responsible for Coordinating all the information received from buyer and to make sure it is delivered to supplier on time and to ensure right product is being made and delivered at right time via regular factory visits and quality inspections.
The process mainly includes
· Receipt of Order confirmation
· Checking all the product related details – size/quantity/price/quality, etc
· Placing the order to the shortlisted factory
· Preparing the Time and Action Calender
· Follow-up on the initial sample approval, & sample sealing
· Artwork development and approval to printer
· coordination with QA for inspections
· Confimation of the quality documents made by QA
· Coordination with Logistics for the shipping documents
· Assuring that the goods are delivered on time to the customer
